hacked my website and stole thousands of dollars
After a support ticket, they got my password, changed my payment gateways so the payments go to them, and took tens of thousands of dollars. I have sent the police so I doubt they will be here for long, scammers. on top of that, they refuse to answer any email or phone call. scam, then change the 'a' for a 'u'
so many lies by shinjuru
Their tech support really bad. some are good but most are bad. when they do mistakes and customers ask for an explanation they will just be silent and try to get away as much as they can. they even lied to customers sometimes. if u think I am lying ask some others who used to purchase any shinjiru hosting plan. you will know it when some of their technical support even cant set up your domain properly. try and you will regret it.
Absolute garbage
All lies from this company. DDOS protection does not work, Strongbolt domain privacy does not work, servers are old and slow, constant downtime in their network, support does not solve any issues just tell you they will but they do nothing. Domain was stolen from them then they pretend it wasn't their fault.

Very Very bad server!!!
Slow and daily down
I have now been with this provider for almost 5 months with a cloud and VPS server. Unfortunately, the servers are slow (also VPS) and down almost daily. Not recommendable. Support is okay, quick response. Not suitable for DMCA content. Get with another one.
Since my last experience company growing up.
My last review was negative about this guys. Since those time company is growing up and they are really tried to help to resolve the issues. Technical support responding much faster through messengers. This is huge merit! DDOS protection service is much better than it was
Dedicated Server

Already the adventure started by I do not know what I want but I still take the VPS to test my site... After 10 days I got tired because limited (for security) on some external access, I returned the VPS and took a dedicated - The VPS was reimbursed to me immediately - they helped me by skype both in support and in customer service and frankly I am amazed by such support !! So I tell you objectively they are good on their client processing basis they are good - the rest is a server like any other stable and meeting all the advertised characteristics (even after internal tests to see the limit of use).
I highly recommend this rental company - and please believe that I have tested others
I would put a flat on all that: a reinstallation of OS is paying (free for UBUNTU or CentOS systems) but $ 50 for debian or other systems under UNIX (or Linux if you want) - On the other hand, and that was the case for me, a simple request to polite and respectful customer service jumped the fees and I was even entitled to a free reinstallation (in the first month of use) - In summary, they were very communicating and polite (and frankly it's even remarkable) and therefore very affordable for all support requests or customers.
I still put the maximum score despite my flat to reward this approach and customer management courteous and benevolent (I know business is business but it marks).
