None of the support contacts works, you can try the numbers on the website or the chat on the website. It does not work. Also they delete your messages when you email support and never respond to legitimate questions

I dare say that I’m happy with my provider which is QHoster. I do not have huge payments; I do not have to wait for a long time to get my ticket answered. My email (that is very vital for me) works fast. For me that is enough to be happy and patient. I believe searching for better provider will be time wasting. BTW I’m going to stay with them for as long time as possible.
I feel the most important thing in web hosting is the uptime; while everything else can have some impact on your online business, it’s the downtime which hurts the most.
