We got two hosting plans because of customers' needs. 2 days before the product launch, our servers go down and their own website seems to have issues accessing it too. when we finally got to their status page, it reported green across the board, which was clearly a lie, because their rep admitted that their servers were facing technical issues. This went on for 2 days before it was resolved.
On product launch day, we have a small set of users testing the site, and their servers immediately reported max CPU usage. Their servers don't seem to run optimally. we bought a higher plan on the spot and instantly everything was better for our users.
Because of this, our customers did not feel that Niagahoster was a trustworthy partner and requested that we go with another vendor.
After the migration to the new vendor was complete, I proceeded to request for a refund, to which the marketing team told me that because we were outside of the moneyback guarantee time window, we were not able to get any refund, not for the main package or the upgrade fee.
I unfortunately am unable to recommend this platform for anyone doing serious commercial work that needs serious uptime and good support, because this platform has neither.
Agree With You. Some reviewer sometime didn't see at all on services that need to handle seriously like technical support. Niagahoster is not good for serious business. They give huge commission to affiliate marketer/reviewer like this. so everything looks good for reviewer.
