Worst hosting provider
I regret ever doing business with these guys. Wish I read reviews earlier... It was a hell working with them right from DAY 1.
I was looking to host around 10websites on their unlimited D100 Plan but I hadn't even installed 2 apps, before I was told to upgrade. Coupled with DNS issues I had... the live chat is only for sales, no technical support. I submitted ticket, and was told to pay $30 usd to get faster reply... Simple advice, Don't try Neolo. Don't do it
If you are like me reading this review, you probably found some cheap plan that you think will suit your budget on Neolo. My advice, please don't try it. I tried it and now I'm begging for refund... over 60 days they've said nothing. Worst off, you will need to pay money to get your support ticket in their front. Who will have to pay for let's encrypt ssl (Yes! the normal let's encrypt). With just one wp installation, they will send you message that you have used up your resources blah blah.... Just plain scam men. Look elsewhere. Wish I could see a Zero rating here
Neolo's service is like a hiccup… sometimes it works… sometimes it doesn't…
Their servers have been down too many times this year. It affected all of my clients' websites and their emails for days. It happened three times this year so far, and all they offered was a discount on my future bills.
I am moving all of my clients to another WHM service ASAP!
I just paid and migrate my 10 site to these guys.. this is re-seller package and they took so long to migrate my site as well. I made huge mistake. They are money greedy and they keep blocking all the access to my cpanel which including email forward to cpanel backup
Nothing works well. The accounts get shut off if you don't prepay. They move your site off the server without telling you - the URL no longer resolved until you change the IP of the DNS. WHM are changed without notification. It is a terrible terrible hosting provider
