I moved my VPS from a major hosting company to HostHatch a few weeks ago. My site receives 20-30k users/month (according to Google Analytics) plus search engines and malicious bots, so performance was crucial. I had one support ticket about opening the mail port, which they literally did in less than two minutes. The site has been performing flawlessly since the start.
Completely Terrible Company. I was open a ticket to get some discount. After that they blocked my account and replied
"We are not going to provide services to you. If you choose to create more accounts, you might end up in a situation where you lose your money and servers."
What the hell is going on? What the behavior of support? They are not professional in his work. Be carefull before choosing this company
Been using them for a while, but the AMD servers on their new platform are amazing. Already switched some servers from Vultr and will move over the rest of our servers if things stay on track like this with both performance and the service including support, which has been great in the recent past.
What do you think when the provider locks the server and abuses the right to delete all data?
Terrible experience when using HostHatch, very abusive support, arbitrarily suspended server will delete all customer data, not allowing customers to back up data. These are rude arrogant staff who make threats. Avoid HostHatch at all your cost.
Really bad support, if you need support don't choose this provider. I submit a ticket 3 days ago but there isn't any answer from the support department. Hosthatch is really bad in customer support and I didn't renewal servers after this month, shame
They have very bad customer service. They just don't care about your tickets. They do answer whenever they want to do so. Spent 2 weeks only to change an IP. That is a 5-minute thing to do. Just skip this one, for your own good. And a bit pricy too.
