they were the best for 20 years. Not anymore.
I was hostcolor client since 2003. Up to 2020 or 2021 they were the best. Now when they have hours of downtime they don't even care to use social networks to let their clients know that they will be back. Yesterday took them 8 hours to reply and solve a easy support ticket question. My site was hacked and instead of move it to a folder which renders it harmless, they decided to completely cut me off of my site and didn't give me access for 8 hours to fix it. Today I moved to another hosting company.
We have been a HostColor customer for 15 years. We started a Blog Hosting. We currently have 2 cloud servers - one for hosting websites on Ubuntu and one Windows serve that we use as remote desktop. It is very honest and responsible provider. We recommend them.
