Worst hosting especially poor respond
Open ticket not answer for a week, live mesenger closed when there is an issue. In conclusion you are unable to find support as all the people in Bisend is missing. After the issue solve then only you get the standard reply "Sir our server is currently up". I am migrate to other hosting company after 7 days DNS down & there is zero feedback / follow up from Bisend aftet the 2nd days. Now I am asking for refund & Bisend is agree but again no respond almost 7 days. Until now I still unable to contact & get feedback from Bisend. They are not answering your open ticket & switch off the live messenger.
Worst Server ever, disk full, ftp fail and change ip
This is what you will get, disk full, ip changes without telling you, ftp fail to connect, and ftp port keeps change and no dedicated ip. To be honest, if could not make it, why selling at 178 us per year and all this happen after 30 days.
Here is the detailed issue happening and all following are true issues, the company Bisend (Light Red Tech Co., Ltd, ray.zheng(ad)racent.com) refuses to reply and refund. All issues keeps coming up and said already fix. For your consideration, please share this with others. They are really not selling what they are describing. We are totally disappointed from their service.
May 2020, ftp port fail. no dedicated ip, Switch between 21 and 10021 .

Nov 2020, ip change without telling, no file able to upload
Dec 2020, ftp able to connect, but fail to list, disk full could not upload. Website told customer harddisk no limitation of disk size
Bisend (Light Red Tech Co., Ltd, ray.zheng(ad)racent.com) team, please stop to lie to a customer. It is wasting the time doing this. Just a simple webpage, why need to make such a problem to the world?

You definitely get what you pay for with this one. The service is no good and the servers are super slow. I've been with them through a few upgrades and I don't feel improved anything. Do yourself a favor and find another cheap server to host your site.
They answer the ticket with an even 24 hours delay.
Their server are crap. I had created 17 tickets for them in 6 months and every time ask them to fix their server. My site is not a reliable base on their unreliable host. Most of the time after a day, they responded and restarted the server or service.
It is not worth to buy the asp4host or bispond.
This is my third experience where the web hosting service just stops without any notice. No support over weekends. No 24 hour support. The email server also has problems and gets rejected. They got hacked. We were forced to move to a new location without any notice.
I’m having the exact same problems. It’s shocking that a company can be allowed to trade. They lost my data + they just don’t respond via their 24/7 live chat or respond to any tickets. Don’t use them!!!!
