I run my own agency and have tried most of the main management platforms; So far, Sendible has been the best. I don't relate to the criticisms I've read on here. I very rarely get a post that bounces, and that's usually because it doesn't conform to the restrictions of that network. Some networks disconnect periodically (like LinkedIn) but again that's usually down to the security of the network. The support is absolutely excellent - very quick, with personal guided videos recorded for you. The calendar and queues are intuitive and powerful, the monitoring is great. There are still niggles... you have to reset the cache every few days, the content suggestions aren't always right, there aren't many integrations, and the reports are detailed but clunky to setup. However, overall, it's an excellent and intuitive platform that can do everything we need and is more accessible and fairly priced than its competitors.
This sytem fails to send out all planned calendars, and all of the posts bounce. Terrible service and support. We have an account there and every time we post, manually or planned, it bounces back, and YES we have done everything correctly just like they asked. Poor service.
An excessive number of scheduled posts fail and our clients' accounts are constantly disconnecting. Also, all of our clients' time zones randomly change resulting in any queued posts to go live at the wrong times. It's been very frustrating. I really would love for this platform to work as I love the interface, but unfortunately, the instability of it and complete lack of ticket resolution has us migrating our clients to another platform.

Bulk uploads are a waste of time, any editing causes you to have to re upload the image - so what's the point - just does not work - text comments also don't display correctly - I have 3 open support tickets, as a paid subscriber, even called phone numbers listed on website which just ring out on all extensions. The only response I got from support was to closed two tickets without following up or fixing the issues with no communication- If you are looking for an easy way to bulk upload your content and schedule it then this is not the answer - look else whereas the tech support does not exist!
