Zitana offers three types of hosting plans, namely Basic, Business, and Pro to suit the different needs of different customers. The entry-level plan in this segment comes with 30GB storage (SSD) and the flexibility of adding up to 50 websites along with 1GB RAM (with 2 vCPU cores) as guaranteed resources.
Zitana’s three Pro plans are dedicated server plans, which should be your go-to choice for large websites. With the initial plan in this segment, you get 100GB dedicated storage (SSD), a dedicated Solutions Engineer, and dedicated resources like 4GB RAM and 2x Intel Xeon processors.
Some common features among all of these plans include SSD storage, free domain name, free SSL certificate, and anti-spam and malware scanning.
Pricing and Support
Zitana’s hosting plans cannot be called cheap, though they are competitively priced. These plans are payable in Euro on a monthly basis and can be paid for via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, and SOFORT banking.
You can reach the company’s support staff via phone, email, fax, and an online form. The “Live Chat” tab on Zitana’s website was unresponsive when I attempted to use it. They claim that their support team is available 24/7, but I couldn’t find any evidence to support that claim since they didn’t respond to the email inquiry I sent them.
Additionally, though the company has an “FAQ” tab, clicking on it returned a “File not found” error.
