Israel-based WPwith.us has been providing server and web hosting solutions to its customers since 2004. It provides personal, fast, and high-quality service, and – as its name suggests – it specializes in WordPress hosting.
The WPwith.us website is in Hebrew.
Features and Ease of Use
The basic features offered by WPwith.us are:
- 99.9% uptime guarantee
- Full daily backups
- Domain registration service available
- Unlimited addon domains
- Edge SSL certificates
- Limited storage and bandwidth
- cPanel control panel
WPwith.us offers four shared hosting packages, named Initial, Pro, Professional, and Progressive. Storage ranges from 1GB to 10GB, and bandwidth is up to 250GB with the gold package. You can host unlimited domains on all packages apart from the lowest “Initial” package.
I feel that certain features are missing from the packages, but this is ameliorated by (or it may be because of) the fact that WPwith.us is focused almost entirely on packages for WordPress users. You can get started easily by using the automatic WordPress installation feature, then you can take advantage of the free templates and themes.
With WPwith.us, you have some exciting add-ons to look forward to. You can opt for the Elementor Pro Page Builder (at an additional cost), which offers over 50 widgets and 300 templates. It’s a fantastic tool that empowers you to create a blog, personal website, or even an e-commerce store without requiring any programming knowledge.
You have the option of a dedicated IP address for more stability, but arguably the most attractive feature is the cWatch Managed Security Service addon that scans for viruses and malware and allows you to remove them. The trust seal displayed on your website will reassure your visitors, and you also get the Edge SSL certificate.
Pricing and Support
The pricing for packages is rather high, and the lack of unlimited storage and bandwidth is rather disappointing for the price tag. However, there are some positives. You can register a free domain when signing up, and discounts are available for larger upfront payments: 10% discount (for one year), 20% discount (for two years), or 30% discount (for three years). Although there is no money-back guarantee, you will not be charged – or even asked for payment details – during the first month, which you should effectively be able to use as a free trial.
It takes a little bit of detective work (in the “announcements” section) to deduce that you can contact this company by telephone, email, Skype or Facebook. The ticket support system is easier to find, and I’m happy to report that my test ticket was answered within a few hours:
