Webim Hosting is a company based out of Istanbul, Turkey and has been in operation since 2004. Its servers are located domestically and customer support is provided exclusively in Turkish. It currently serves a customer base of over 25,000.
Features and Ease of Use
Webim Hosting offers Windows and Linux-based plans. All plans come with a 99.9% uptime guarantee, SSD storage, and a free domain registration. However, e-commerce merchants will have to purchase SSL certificates separately.
Beginning webmasters can benefit from a website builder that will create a website for you from scratch. In addition, integrations are offered with WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
The feature list also includes:

- PHP support
- MySQL & MSSQL databases
- phpMyAdmin
- Cron jobs
Free backups are also offered, but only on a weekly basis. In addition, the cPanel and Plesk control panels are available as well.
If you favor WordPress as your CMS of choice, Webim Hosting does provide WordPress-specific plans. However, the features for these are essentially identical to those of corporate shared hosting, so I wouldn’t recommend these.
Pricing and Support
If you purchase four years of service up front, Webim Hosting offers you a fifth year free. However, there is no money back guarantee offered.
There are three corporate shared hosting plans offered. They range from 1-5GB SSD storage space, one to three databases, and 10-50GB monthly traffic. Pricing relative to the competition is excellent, and relative value as you move up the tiers is good as well — about a fivefold increase in price for double the cost.
WordPress-specific plans offer the same capacities and feature sets, but at a slightly higher cost, making them not at all worthwhile.
Beginning webmasters will find these plans to offer excellent value, but beyond that, their usefulness is limited. The storage space provided is insufficient for large e-commerce merchants, and even many medium or large-sized blogs may find them inadequate.
Support is below average. Webim Hosting advertises its service as 24/7 but as you can see from the screenshot below, I wasn’t able to connect with a live chat representative even during normal business hours. Alternatively, you can try reaching support staff via phone, email, and tickets. No knowledge base is provided, forcing you to connect with a representative for help.
