They aren’t wrong; their prices are inexpensive for VPS hosting, and they’ve got decent resource limits and offer good value for money considering the hardware they run on.
Their four VPS hosting plans only differ in the amount of computing resources you get. You can opt between monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing terms. You also get a few freebies, such as a Windows license at no extra cost, the SolusVM control panel, free DDoS protection in certain locations, and IPv6 in most locations.
