Although this host’s website suggests that it can maintain outstanding server availability (100% uptime) in the long run, it’s unclear if this is guaranteed (because I received conflicting replies from support staff, one whom mentioned a 99.95% uptime guarantee).

Váš Hosting’s hosting plans are cheap. You can pay for them in Czech koruna (CZK) by PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or QR payment. Available billing periods are annual and biennial, but you only get a disappointingly-small discount for your long-term commitment. In contrast, VPS and dedicated server customers get discounts of 5% to 20% for increasing commitments.
There is no money-back guarantee as far as I can see, but you can try the VPS Center application for free for seven days.
You can reach out to Váš Hosting’s 24/7 customer support team via telephone, email, or online contact form. Although the company promises to answer email questions within two hours, I had to wait slightly longer for an initial lackluster reply that advised me to visit the vendor’s website. Persistence paid off for me, and after a few more email exchanges, I finally got the information I wanted:
