TRUE.BY started its journey in 2009. Today, this Belarus-based web hosting business offers a range of hosting packages for websites and for 1C-Bitrix (a Russian CMS) along with virtual server hosting, virtual servers with dedicated storage, and dedicated servers.
This vendor’s Russian-language website can be switched into English, which takes you to a different domain URL but with the same branding.

TRUE.BY offers five shared hosting plans– TrueSTART, TrueSTART Plus, TrueWEB, TruePROFI, and TruePORTAL – as well as ten VPS/VDS plans, three PHP hosting plans for 1C-Bitrix, two virtual server plans with dedicated storage, four dedicated server plans, and nine dedicated server plans. Pricing and Support
TRUE.BY’s shared hosting plans are dirt cheap. You can pay in Belarusian rubles, Russian rubles, or U.S. dollars by bank transfer, EasyPay, WebMoney, credit cards, or PayPal. Billing cycles range from monthly to triennially, and you get bigger discounts for longer billing cycles. The 7-day test period allows you to try before you by, but thereafter, any refund request must have a valid reason.
You can contact TRUE.BY’s customer support via live chat, telephone, ticket system, email, Skype, and the ICQ instant messaging platform. The live chat channel wasn’t available when I wanted to try it, but I received a response to my submitted query within an hour.
