According to its Facebook page, Israeli hosting provider Suptechs was founded in April 2016. Although it claims to offer a range of web hosting solutions, SEO services, and web development services to individual and corporate customers, most of the product pages redirect to the company’s home page. It makes me wonder if this host is everything it purports to be.
Suptech’s website is available in Hebrew, English, and Russian.
Features and Ease of Use
Suptechs offers five managed shared hosting plans (including three WordPress ones) and three reseller hosting plans, plus two WordPress landing page development plans (with or without a domain name).
The three WordPress hosting plans provide you with:
- 1 to 10 hosted WordPress websites
- 3 GB to unlimited SSD storage
- DirectAdmin control panel
- Unlimited traffic
- Unlimited databases
- Free SSL certificate
- PHP selector
- Daily backups to a remote server, retained for 30 days
WP Rocket is provided for free in these plans, and it compresses static files and caches pages to enhance performance. Load sharing across servers further improves performance.
The website statistics give important insights into your website visitors and its performance, and the DDoS protection guards against distributed denial of service attacks.
Pricing and Support
Suptech’s WordPress plans are priced high (in Israeli new shekels), but I couldn’t find any way to buy them directly without contacting the company first. If you do manage to purchase a plan, you then get 30 days to request a refund if you change your mind.
Although you should be able to contact this company via telephone, email, or Facebook Messenger, I was unable to summon any pre-sales support. Self-support resources are not much better. Although there are a few useful guides, the blog is populated with placeholder text:
