Overview

SSDCloud features1

SSDCloud.BG was established in 2013. It is a Bulgarian vendor that offers high-performance servers and web hosting solutions that include shared web hosting, VPS hosting, and leased servers. It avails these solutions over the cloud. This website is owned by VPS.BG, its parent company that took over the offering and management of all SSDCloud.BG solutions towards the end of April 2019. Today, the website now appears to only be a content holder for VPS.BG. It is available in both Bulgarian and English.

Features and Ease of Use

The hosting packages include the following standard features:

  • Unlimited domains
  • Unlimited CPU minutes
  • Unlimited databases
  • Unlimited subdomains
  • Unlimited email accounts
  • Private IP address
  • cPanel control panel
  • Scalability and flexibility

This vendor claims to have invested heavily in powerful, world-class servers that can deliver stable and highly reliable hosting through industry-leading innovations.

It claims to have been one of the first hosting vendors in Bulgaria to offer VPS solutions with SSD storage. Today, the vendor uses the latest generation of SSDs hand in hand with powerful Intel Xeon processors and multiple dula-secured optical paths that have a capacity of 10Gbps.

The vendor has also invested in a comprehensive DDoS solution with a protection capacity of 1TB/s. Its VPS customers are assured of system resources; the vendor puts very few limitations, with most features being unlimited.

SSDCloud.BG uses CloudLinux cloud hosting. The platform uses LiteSpeed web servers, CageFS, IO optimization, and apc and opcache. The result: fast page loading for the websites it hosts.

This hosting provider takes daily client data and website backups on its remote servers which users can access for 14 days.

Pricing and Support

Since April 24, 2019, you can only purchase all SSDCloud.BG hosting solutions through VPS.BG. Their hosting plans have competitive prices, listed in Bulgarian levs. You have flexible billing cycles, including monthly, quarterly, biannual, annual, and biennial options. Payment methods accepted are PayPal, bank transfer, ePay.BG, EasyPay, MasterCard, or Visa.

SSDCloud.BG offers no money-back guarantee or network uptime guarantee.

SSDCloud support

To contact this vendor, you can use the ticketing system on its website. The vendor has not offered a support live chat, email, and phone number. My email to this vendor’s support team was never responded to.

SSDCloud.BG has no knowledge base on its website, either.

SSDCloud.BG REVIEW: BOTTOM LINE

SSDCloud.BG hosting solutions are now only accessible through VPS.BG. The plans are by design quite attractive to big corporations, but the vendor’s cloud hosting solutions allow it to accommodate websites of any size. All the same, with only shared cloud hosting solutions that are a bit more expensive than the typical shared hosting solutions, small enterprises and startups with a very small budget might find it hard to part with the cash this vendor is asking for.

Pros

  • Industry-leading innovations and powerful, world-class servers
  • Uses CloudLinux with LiteSpeed and LSCache technologies
  • Comprehensive DDoS solution
  • Daily client data and website backups on remote servers

Cons

  • Website is now only a content holder for VPS.BG
  • No money-back guarantee or network uptime guarantee
