In all honesty, I have to say that SkyHost’s hosting plans aren’t cheap, but they could be worth the costs when you consider the unlimited resource quotas and 10 GB storage space that comes with the introductory plan. Don’t forget that these plans also come with a free domain for a year and a free SSL certificate to secure your site and boost your search engine ranking.
You should be able to secure a 15-day free trial (via a coupon) to try before you buy, and there is also a 30-day warranty that gives you some time to decide if you’re happy with the services you are receiving. This could be particularly useful if you decide to get a decent discount by committing to an annual billing cycle rather than buying on a monthly basis. You can pay by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
For self-support, SkyHost offers a helpful “help center” knowledge base. However, as a native English speaker like myself, I had to rely on Google to translate the articles published in Portuguese.
