All Scene Group web hosting solutions come with CDP (Continuous Data Protection) technology powered by R1Soft backup manager. The vendor performs backups every six hours, ensuring that the customer’s data is secure in case of a disaster. As a result, the previous backups are retained for only six hours. Additionally, customers can easily manage and restore their own backups for security purposes using the vendor’s management pages in the event of a disaster.
Pricing and Support
Scene Group web hosting solutions are extremely expensive, especially when you factor in the fact that they come with very limited hosting features. The hosting plans come with flexible monthly billing cycles, and all hosting prices are listed in euros.
Scene Group web hosting packages do not seem to offer an uptime network guarantee. That said, the hosting solutions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The Scene Group customer support team is available via telephone, email, or through their social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter. I did not come across a support ticket option or live chat support on the vendor’s website. The customer support team is available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EEST on weekdays. Despite this, my email to this vendor’s support team went unanswered.
Scene Group does not seem to have a knowledge base, but it has a FAQ section with just a few addressed questions.
