Since starting its journey in 2018, Radius Hosting has offered full-featured solutions to cater to the needs of its small and large customers. This small U.K. company offers a limited number of solutions that include shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS, domain solutions, and SSL certificates.
Radius Hosting’s website supports English.
Features and Ease of Use
Radius Hosting’s hosting solutions include four shared hosting packages (including a custom package), five VPS packages (in Linux and Windows variants), and three WordPress hosting packages (which are only advertised in the separate store pages).
Excluding the custom option, the shared hosting solutions come with:
- 5,000 MB to unlimited SSD storage
- 7,000 MB to unlimited bandwidth
- Unlimited domains
- 2 to unlimited MySQL databases
- Unlimited FTP/SFTP access
The control panel includes a one-click installation feature for a plethora of popular content management and other applications. You also get a website builder that lets you build a professional web presence without having to be a web design expert.
Once your website is up-and-running, the free SSL certificate will keep your website communications secure and give your customers (and other visitors) confidence.
Our VPS packages provide DDoS protection, ensuring safeguarding against distributed denial of service attacks. Additionally, you will enjoy a reliable 99.99% uptime guarantee.
Pricing and Support
Radius Hosting’s shared hosting packages are competitively priced. You can pay for plans on a monthly basis in British pounds via PayPal or debit/credit card. You get a 30-day money-back guarantee with shared and WordPress hosting packages, so you can rest assured that you can get your money back within the first month if you’re not satisfied with the services.
Although you should be able to contact the 24/7 customer support team by telephone, ticket, email, or contact form, I have to tell you that my contact form queries went unanswered.
Self-support resources are similarly disappointing. While some of the product pages include acceptable lists of frequently asked questions, the separate link to frequently asked questions includes Latin placeholder text. Also, the blog contains a lot of “Lorem ipsum” Latin text:
