That said, I did not come across a ticketing system or live chat support on the vendor’s website. You can also visit their offices which are open during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The support team is not available 24/7, and unfortunately, my query via email went unanswered.
QualityHosting has a knowledge base that contains FAQs and tutorials, but they are presented in document form, and the tutorials are only available in German. This may pose a challenge for potential customers who are unable to read German.
