Quality-Host is a hosting brand of AD NET MARKET MEDIA SRL, whose Romanian data center it uses. This host offers several web hosting, reseller hosting, VDS, and gaming server plans, plus domain services and SSL certificates.
Quality-Host’s website is in Romanian, but its client area supports twenty-six additional languages, including English.
Features and Ease of Use
Quality-Host offers four shared hosting plans, four reseller hosting plans, two WAP* web hosting plans, 27 Linux and Windows VDS server plans, and several game-server plans. *WAP is a legacy protocol for delivering web content to 1999-era mobile phones.
The shared hosting plans bring you the following features:

- 15 GB to unlimited monthly traffic
- 1 to 21 parked domains and 3 to unlimited subdomains

The included Sofaculous one-click installer lets you easily install and run several popular apps such as WordPress, Joomla, and Magento, and you don’t need any special technical knowledge to do so.
Quality-Host uses high-performance servers in RAID 10 configuration with external backups to help ensure the security of your data. It also uses measures to make its servers hack-proof. You get a 99.95% uptime guarantee, which excludes time for scheduled updates.
In addition to shared hosting, Quality-Host provides virtual servers (VPS) with full root access, as well as a diverse selection of game servers for CStrike, Metin2, SAMP, Shaiya, and Minecraft.
Pricing and Support
Quality-Host’s web hosting plans are cheap, and you can save even more money by opting for a longer billing cycle (up to biennial). Pay for your plan in euros or Romanian leu by PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, or even SMS.
The Start and Basic packages are free for the first month, and you get a ten-day money-back guarantee on all shared and reseller hosting plans, but I don’t think this is sufficient time to assess the services entirely. Refunds don’t apply to dedicated servers, software licenses, or domain registration, and any payments made via SMS will be refunded in the form of account credits.

Unfortunately, the live chat was inactive when I wanted to try it, and my exploratory email went unanswered.
