Features and Ease of Use
PRO ISP offers budget and enterprise shared hosting that come with a nice set of basic and advanced features on all of its hosting plans. Features are great for beginners as well as experienced webmasters. Some notable features include:

Its services offer solid security and advanced performance features, such as:
- DNS (Domain Name System) customization
- PHP 4.4-7.4 support

One thing I would have liked to see is support for advanced developer options on all plans. It supports PHP through 7.4, but there’s more to developing than PHP. It offers Node.js and Ruby on Rails on Pro Medium and Pro Premium, but it should be on Pro Start as well.
If you’re a beginner, PRO ISP is an excellent choice, as it offers a website builder on all plans. It also offers the Softaculous auto-installer, which will allow you to install WordPress, Drupal, PrestaShop, Joomla, and many other common apps from a list of over 400.
Pricing and Support
PRO ISP offers three budget web hosting plans (Pro Start, Pro Medium, and Pro Premium) and three enterprise web hosting plans (Enterprise 10, Enterprise 30, and Enterprise 60), all offering the same basic features as outlined earlier.
For the sake of this review, I’ll focus on the budget packages. There are multiple differences between each plan, summarized below:

To say that the Pro Start plan is basic is an understatement. You get bare-bones features and it’s only suitable for basic sites. The other plans are a bit better, although more expensive than other vendors in its tier.
Pro ISP has expanded its storage capacity, making it more convenient for its users. All web hosting plans run on SSD for faster performance. However, I still find the number of databases lacking.
Bear in mind that you don’t get a free domain, so that’s an additional charge that will increase the overall cost of your plan. While a basic SSL certificate is included with all plans, you can get a premium SSL certificate for an additional fee.
On a brighter note, Pro ISP offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to test its service before deciding on a long-term commitment.
To its credit, PRO ISP does offer strong customer support. They offer 24/7 customer support through telephone and email. They have a strong knowledge base and active support forums. You can also reach them through live chat. Initially, I interacted with a chat bot, but when I requested to speak to a human, they quickly connected me to a representative who answered all my questions satisfactorily.
