Beware that the SSD plans have a storage limit whereas the other plans don’t. However, on the other plans, you’re limited by inode, to a limit of 150,000. Most websites don’t use more than 50,000, and many that get there are hosting more than one website on the account. So, that should cover most people.
Another thing that’s offered on the SSD plan that’s not on the other is the Cloudflare plugin. On the other plans, connecting your nameservers to Cloudflare will require more manual work from your profile unlike using the plugin.

If you’re willing to go for a year at least (on SSD), it claims that you will get a free domain registration. Be aware, though, that you’ll need purchase your SSL separately as it’s not included in the plan.
