Presentia offers full internet services for businesses in Slovenia. The company was founded in 1997 as a computer business and then in 2010 became an internet services vendor offering website solutions, domain hosting, and website design. The company is ranked among the top 20 largest web hosting vendors in Slovenia by market share. The Presentia website is available in Slovenian.
Features and Ease of Use
Presentia goes out of their way to offer a complete line of hosting solutions including web hosting, reseller hosting, and managed VPS services. These solutions include the following standard features:

- Unlimited user accounts and domains
Presentia has server locations in Slovenia and Germany. The servers have a guaranteed power backup and are hosted in protected, secure environments. They offer their clients a direct connection to all Slovenian networks providing fast load times and constant availability of the websites hosted on their servers. Data backups are only available in their managed VPS packages.
Even though the vendor claims to offer additional services like dedicated servers, voice servers, and game servers, the website provides no further information about these services. Many of the links to these service pages are not working, and the web pages that do open contain placeholder text, including their SSL and Dedicated Servers pages.
Pricing and Support
The prices of Presentia hosting plans are in line with what other vendors are offering in the Slovenian hosting market. However, I found their reseller hosting packages pretty expensive given the basic features included. For instance, the starter package for reseller hosting includes only 500MB server space and the most advanced package has just 10GB of server space. This is pretty low disk space, especially considering that these are reseller solutions. Prices are offered in euros and users can make their payments monthly. Presentia offers an uptime guarantee of 99.9% but do not have a money-back guarantee policy.
Presentia support is reachable via telephone and email. Unfortunately, these are the only means you can use to contact them; they have no live chat and their ticketing system doesn’t work. I tried in vain to open a ticket and my emails to this technical team went unanswered. The vendor’s knowledge base is sketchy and their FAQ section does not answer most of the questions that users are likely to ask.
