Overview

Paidboom Host your site faster than exploding bullet1
Since 2017, Paidboom has been offering hosting services that include shared hosting, reseller hosting, cloud hosting, and VPS hosting. It also provides related services such as SSL certificates, website development, and backup solutions. It uses data centers located in the United States and the United Kingdom. Its website is in English.

Features and Ease of Use

paidboom features

On Paidboom’s shared platform, it offers several plans that are grouped into SSD Web hosting, Managed WordPress hosting, and Cheap Web hosting. With these, you’ll enjoy the following:

  • Free SSL certificate
  • Daily automatic backups
  • From 1GB to 50GB disk space
  • From 10GB to 5TB bandwidth

The SSD and Cheap hosting plans are on the CloudLinux operating system. With CloudLinux, security and stability are boosted as every user solely focuses on the resources allocated to them. This isolation makes the shared server work as a bit like a virtual server.

Some plans come with the cPanel control panel and others come with the DirectAdmin control panel. Whichever you get is suitable for the management of your account. These plans offer a one-click install for WordPress and provide basic WordPress optimization. You can also install any popular shopping cart in one click.

The WordPress hosting plans come installed with the CMS and are fully managed for WordPress. You don’t get the two above-mentioned control panels, only the WordPress dashboard.

Paidboom offers WordPress security tweaks and auto malware scanning as part of its security features. The CloudLinux plans come with CageFS, which provides a high level of privacy, ensuring that users cannot view each other’s files on the server.

Its servers come with SSD storage whose benefits outweigh those of HDDs, from durability to increased speed and overall performance.

Paidboom also offers shared plans on the cloud. These plans have similar features with the SSD hosting and come with Litespeed.

Pricing and Support

customer support 850x435

Paidboom offers Managed WordPress hosting plans that come at a relatively higher cost, which is not unexpected given the pricing of numerous other WordPress plans. Aside from these WordPress-specific packages, all the remaining plans are characterized by their budget-friendly and economical nature.

Its billing cycles differ but generally, the company offers monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, biennial, and triennial plans. The longer the plan you subscribe to, the higher the discounts you’ll get. It offers a free domain registration with certain plans and billing cycles.

Billing methods are PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit cards, Net banking, and UPI. The vendor offers a seven-day money-back guarantee on all plans, and this is based on cancellation and a written request for a refund.

Paidboom offers support through email and ticketing system only. There is no live chat for quick contact or a knowledge base for self-support. I did send an email and got a reply not long after.
