Nhan Hoa offers a range of shared hosting services including Linux, Windows, and WordPress, plus VPS, email services, and SSL certificates. As standard, their shared hosting plans come with the following core features:
- Weekly data backup for disaster recovery
- Multiple domains per account
- Unlimited subdomains
- Add-on domains
- From 900 MB to 7 GB capacity
- Unlimited bandwidth
The first thing that strikes me about Nhan Hoa is the number of plans they offer, with the Windows and Linux hosting coming in Student, Personal, Personal+, Enterprise, E-commerce, and Professional variants, and with the WordPress hosting being offered in Mini 1, Mini 2, Mini 3, Basic, Ultimate, and Business variants. Each of those plans can also be boosted with bonus bandwidth, dedicated IP, or extra visitors at extra cost.
You can manage your Windows hosting using the Plesk control panel, or manage your Linux hosting using cPanel or DirectAdmin. From a programmer’s perspective, Windows hosting supports .NET, PHP 5.x-7.0, and ASP whereas Linux hosting supports PHP 5.x-7.0, Python and Perl.
Whereas the hardware and infrastructure details for shared hosting are a little sketchy, I can tell you that the WordPress plans use 100% SSD storage and run on Tier 3 international service infrastructure with up to 1 Gbps of data transmission. Cloud VPS and Cloud Server solutions are deployed on robust DELL & HP server infrastructure (with SSD storage), and all the cloud server and dedicated server solutions supposedly guarantee 100% uptime.
Pricing and Support
Though not super-cheap, Nhan Hoa does offer a good range of packages at acceptable monthly prices. They allow you to customize your plans by adding extra bandwidth, dedicated IPs and visitors per month before checking out. Domain registration costs extra, as do SSL certificates, and unfortunately, they don’t offer any money-back guarantee or free trial, although they do say that “We will refund 100% of the money we received on condition that the reason you are not satisfied is true or you do not violate our terms of service.” They also let you upgrade at any time, with the unused portion of your previous plan being carried over to your new plan.
Nhan Hoa provides 24/7 customer support through email, telephone, and live chat. Their telephone number and live chat are prominently displayed at the bottom of their web pages. However, finding online information can be a bit more challenging. They have a small hosting FAQ page, and user guides for the Plesk, cPanel, and DirectAdmin control panels are hidden behind a “Manual hosting” link.
