myHost.net.pl is a web hosting service that’s located in Poland. It offers hosting, Google Ads management, and website design. For hosting, it focuses on offering web shared hosting services and domain registration. Its website is in Polish and its servers are in Poland.
Features and Ease of Use
myHost.net.pl offers three shared hosting plans with resources that are better suited to start-ups and simple websites that do not require much space and bandwidth. These are some of the features:
- Anywhere from 1GB to 3GB space
- Free SSL certificate
- Two, three, or five domains per account
- Up to 100GB bandwidth
Its starter plan – Hosting Pakiet S – offers 1GB, which works marvelously for simple websites but the bandwidth is something else. Most web hosts offer bandwidth on a monthly basis. At the end of each month, it goes back to zero used bandwidth, so you can use the exact limit of bandwidth every month. However, this provider does theirs per year. For what it offers, even a 1GB storage website will need more bandwidth per year.
myHost.net.pl supports PHP programming and MySQL, but it doesn’t support Python. If you want to use Python, you’ll have to look elsewhere. It also supports Perl and CGI scripts.
The web host provides cPanel, which is easy to use, but that’s where it ends for beginner-friendly tools. It doesn’t have a one-click installer, nor does it have a web page builder. So, you’d need to take the time to install any CMS that you plan to use or write your own HTML.
Functional features like CloudLinux are also not available with this hosting service.
Pricing and Support
myHost.net.pl gives you a 14-day free trial on all its plans, and you can walk away if you don’t appreciate the promised service. They offer pricing options for three months, six months, and one year.
With no downtime warranty or uptime guarantee, it’s a risk to take on its service. However, the prices are low, so if your budget is low, you can try it out. Keep in mind that there’s no free domain, though, so that’s an extra cost.
The company does not have a knowledge base; it has an FAQ section with help on creating sub-domains but the self-support ends with that, so you’ll have no choice but to contact support. You can get technical support on myHost.net.pl through phone and email, but there is no ticketing system or live chat.
Unfortunately, I sent an email but never got a response.
