This Ukrainian company has its own data center in Lugansk (Ukraine), and its website is in Ukrainian.
Features and Ease of Use
MultiDC’s website doesn’t present you with a set of purchasable hosting plans, so you have to contact the company for a custom quote for just about anything. This should mean, though, that you get (and pay for) exactly what you want rather than having to fit your requirements to a preset plan.
As the suffix of its name suggests, with MultiDC, it’s all about the data center that features:
- N+1 redundant power
- Round-the-clock monitoring
The N+1 redundant power supply means that each component is backed up by an independent element on standby, and round-the-clock monitoring includes monitoring for malware, spam, and other security threats.
If you take one of MultiDC’s cloud servers, you’ll benefit from the fact that this company doesn’t overload its servers. You can also get DNS servers, and a block of IP addresses with IPv6 support on request.
MultiDC offers clients automatic backups of their files stored on our servers, allowing you to roll back and correct mistakes, not only in the event of a disaster but at any time. You can easily restore backups directly from our management system.
Pricing and Support
Since MultiDC doesn’t publish hosting plan prices, I can’t comment on whether they’re expensive or cheap, but can speculate that the solutions can grow with you and you will only pay for what you get.
While you’ll want to contact the company for a quote or to answer your pre-sales support queries, I have to tell you that I never received a reply to my contact form submission. Other ways to contact the company (if you can) are by telephone or Skype. Unlike providers of simple self-service shared hosting plans, there is no self-support knowledge base.
