Then, there are the Hosting Professional plans for those who need more shared hosting resources. The company provides dedicated RAM and virtual memory along with these features to web hosting customers:

It has its own custom website builder: Mr Sitebuilder, which is included in all Pro shared hosting management panels. With it, you can build websites fast and easily with its drag-and-drop tool. If you’d rather use a CMS, you can set one up with its one-click installation tool that works for WordPress, Joomla!, OpenCart, and many other applications.
Checking if your plugins, theme, or the WordPress core is due for updates is a chore. Most WordPress websites use more than five plugins, many of which will be updated frequently. MrHost knows that and provides automatic script updates to keep your website up-to-date with the latest security features.
For hosting management, it provides cPanel. MrHost also provides a domain auction panel for customers to easily auction the domains that they no longer need.

MrHost is hooking you up with some sweet introductory rates on its shared hosting plans – they’re 50% off! But when it’s time to renew, you’ll go back to the regular rates, which might be a bit higher, but they’re still reasonable for all the awesome features they offer. And this is still true as of writing this review.
Subscription periods for Hosting Start plans are at least one year, but for hosting Professional starts from one month. It accepts PayPal, credit cards, bank transfer, WebMoney, and Skrill. MrHost provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting services.
There’s a knowledge base section with relevant tutorials on managing web hosting accounts and websites, though, contacting customer support outside of that is a terrible experience. It claims that it is available 24/7 through live chat, email, ticket, and telephone, and promises a response time of 20 minutes.
However, I tried the live chat many times but kept getting “wait…please…wait” feedback for hours without getting connected to an agent. So, I tried to open a ticket instead, but I kept getting feedback to verify a captcha when there was none. For email, I searched for the contact email and couldn’t find one. Customers should not have to go through such lengths to contact support.
