Linix web hosting solutions are powered by stable and secure SSD-storage servers housed in a state-of-the-art data center located in Europe. The data center is equipped with high-performance infrastructure such as Apache web servers and VMware software sourced from top manufacturers, including Dell and Hp. This helps the vendor provide fast and reliable hosting services.
As its name would indicate, this hosting provider uses the Linux operating system, and whether you want to create a blog, forum, shop, or E-commerce website, its hosting solutions are equipped to help you successfully have an online presence. It’s cloud hosting solution is divided into four packages: Cloud Basic, Cloud Pro, Cloud Business, and Cloud Business +.
Cloud Basic comes with features to meet the needs of small website owners. They include 2GB disk space and limited PHP support. Cloud Business + is equipped to host even high-traffic websites and comes with 25GB disk space, 10 MySQL databases, secure PHP support, IPS WAF, and WebsiteFirewall.
All of the hosting plans run on the well-known Plesk control panel and include free SSL certificates as well as popular scripts such as WordPress and Joomla. In addition, the vendor stores its customer’s website data in Google’s data centers located in Western Europe. This data is backed up on a daily basis and then stored within the user’s panel.
Pricing and Support
Given that Linix uses fast SSD drives hosted in the cloud, the vendor has priced its hosting solutions to accommodate even small business owners. The hosting plans come with flexible monthly billing cycles. The prices are listed in euros.
Linix promises to deliver high service level availability but avoids committing to an uptime guarantee. Furthermore, the vendor’s web hosting solutions do not include a refund policy.
Customers can reach out to the Linix support desk via telephone, support ticket, and email. The vendor does not seem to have a live chat. Its customer support is not available round the clock, and unfortunately, my email query to this team received no response.
Linix does not have a knowledge base either.
