Innzone Hosting offers shared hosting plans optimal for basic websites and blogs. If you’re looking for an affordable host for just such a site, Innzone is a contender – but not for e-commerce or enterprise sites that need additional resources.

Innzone Hosting’s pre-configured plans are limited and don’t include more powerful VPS, cloud, or dedicated server options. Another issue? As a smaller provider, support is on hand via only email and tickets. Though marketed as 24/7, I had to wait days for a reply.

That said, smaller hosts can be hit or miss when it comes to support; unfortunately, Innzone falls into the latter group. However, since this host’s plans are all managed, you don’t need any technical knowledge to use it.

I found email support was very slow (it took 3 days to get a reply) but helpful and friendly when it arrived. Although I sent my initial email late on a weekend night, this shouldn’t have affected response times since Innzone Hosting claims to have 24/7 support.

As far as pricing goes, Innzone is relatively competitive. Innzone Hosting’s Starter plan is the best value, including all the same extras as its other plans – just with slightly lower storage and bandwidth allowances. But do bear in mind that prices are quoted in British Pounds on the Innzone website – not US Dollars.

While I found the included free domain name adds a lot of value, it’s only applicable for 36-month term plans for the first year. So you can consider it more of a freebie than a feature. You’re also limited to only .co.uk and .com domain name extensions.
