The iEdge Solutions website looks dated, and may not have been updated since 2008. The vendor even uses Adobe Flash Player, which many websites have moved away from, replacing it with HTML5. It’s a big letdown for a business whose core is interactive web design solutions that they haven’t updated their website.
Pricing and Support
iEdge Solutions is extremely expensive and while it includes a long list of features, many of them are quite predated and would be problematic to use in today’s hosting world. The prices are listed in U.S. dollars, and the packages have inflexible billing cycles of 12 and 24 months.
I tried placing an order only to be met by a message from the vendor explaining to me that its ordering system is unavailable, and asking that I contact the sales team directly. Worse still, its VPS page is largely empty with only a message informing users that the “service will be temporarily unavailable until further notice.”

This hosting firm has provided two channels that potential customers can use to reach its support team: an email address and a website contact form. The vendor has no support phone number, live chat, or ticketing system. I sent an email query to their support team but not surprisingly, never got a reply.
iEdge Solutions has no knowledge base either, and the links to its FAQ and hosting guide sections are invalid.
