Some of its web hosting solutions include shared web hosting, dedicated servers, VPS servers, and colocation services as well as other internet services such as radio streaming and VoIP services. The HostYim website is only available in Thai.

HostYim hosting services are run on cloud nodes with the Proxmox virtualization platform that helps users manage several virtualization technologies for better utilization of server resources. This should allow for high-performance servers. On the contrary, though, the vendor’s hosting servers fail intermittently without explanation, frustrating most of its customers.
Moreover, the vendor advertises its plans with weekly and monthly automatic backups, but the reality proves otherwise. Customers have expressed their frustrations, citing that its backup systems are flawed and don’t seem to work. This, in return, has led to customers questioning how reliable its hosting services are.

HostYim claims to provide web hosting systems that offer an uptime guarantee of 99.9%. In addition, the hosting company offers a refund policy of up to a seven-day money-back guarantee.
HostYim customer support is available via telephone, email, or through a contact form. While the vendor claims to offer 24/7 customer support, the support service is quite poor and its technical staff barely responds to their customer’s inquiries. My email to them was left unanswered.
HostYim does not seem to have a ticketing system or live chat support. Also, the vendor has a very limited knowledge base.
