Founded in 2001, Hoster.ru is a web hosting provider based in Russia with first-rate technical support provided around the clock. They currently have over 8,000 hosting customers and 1,000 partners. Their website is in Russian only; however, they provide support in English as well as Russian.
Features and Ease of Use
Hoster.ru provides clients with shared hosting, dedicated servers, virtual private servers, domain registration services, and SSL certificates. Other services include search engine optimization and email services.

Hoster.ru has a lot of great beginner-friendly features. Not only do they have a one-click installer, but they also have a website builder that comes with approximately 70 pre-built themes. They also have specific e-commerce themes on certain plans with product pages and integrated checkout functionality. It’s important to note that although these tools are great, they usually come at an extra cost.
I appreciated how comprehensive their shared hosting packages are. They come with some significant value-added features bundled in. For example, they include unlimited add-on domains, subdomains, databases, and email accounts (POP3 / IMAP / SMTP). They also offer free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates and free DDoS protection, along with a free Comodo Positive SSL certificate if you go for their highest-tier SSD shared hosting plan. These are often billed as an extra cost, so it’s refreshing to see a hosting company including all these features for free.
Pricing and Support
Hoster.ru has excellent pricing when compared to both local and international competitors. Even the most expensive package is still very affordable and excellent value for money.
They offer several different lengths of contracts: one, three, six, 12, and 24 months. Oddly, the discount is the same whether you purchase one month or 24 months upfront.
They also offer a selection of other incentives. First, they offer a ten-day free trial for all packages. Second, they offer a cash incentive to switch from your existing provider, plus free migration help. Third, they’ll give you a free domain when you purchase hosting with them.
What I really like is their excellent customer service provision. They provide telephone support with both a Russian and an international number, as well as email and live chat support. Every time I’ve reached out to them via live chat, they have responded very quickly and assisted me effectively. There was one instance where they didn’t have the answer immediately, but they followed up with an informed response as soon as they could.
