According to the website, support tickets are the fastest and easiest way to get technical help. I didn’t need technical assistance, though, so I tried the email option. I couldn’t find information anywhere on the website about the location of HappyByte’s data center(s). And since that’s a very important consideration for our web hosting reviews, I needed to know.
The support team took over 18 hours to respond, but I considered the time difference and a possible language issue, as well.
