The five levels of shared hosting — Standard, Advance, Business Starter, Business Pro, and Business Executive — vary in terms of the resource allocations.

The Standard plan, which is most suitable for newbies, comes with 1 GB disk space, 10 GB bandwidth, 10 mailboxes, 2 FTP accounts, 3 MySQL databases, 1 subdomain, 1 add-on domain, and 1 parked domain. For small websites and blogs, the Advance hosting package provides you with 2 GB disk space, 20 GB bandwidth, 20 mailboxes, 5 FTP accounts, 5 MySQL databases, 5 parked domains, 5 subdomains, and 5 parked domains.

Moving on to the business subscriptions, we can begin with the Business Starter package that gives you 5 GB disk space, unlimited bandwidth, 30 mailboxes, 10 FTP accounts, 10 MySQL databases, 10 subdomains, 10 parked domains, and 10 add-on domains. The Business Pro plan provides more adequate resources such as 10 GB disk space, unlimited bandwidth, 50 mailboxes, plus the same number of other resources (FTP accounts, MySQL databases, add-on domains, parked domains, and subdomains) as the Business Starter subscription.

The Business Executive package offers a generous 20 GB of storage space, unlimited bandwidth, 100 mailboxes, 20 FTP accounts, 20 MySQL databases, 20 subdomains, 20 parked domains, and 20 add-on domains.

All shared hosting subscriptions include the user-friendly cPanel control panel, which helps you manage your hosting and includes the built-in app installer for installing popular applications such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.

Pricing and Support

Divine Online Solutions’ shared hosting subscriptions aren’t the cheapest on the market, especially considering their limited features and small storage allocations. This vendor also charges setup fees that increase the cost, and you can also pay extra at the checkout for such things as SSL certificates and weekly backups.

On a brighter note, you get a free domain with an annual subscription, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee that should make you feel better about signing up for a full year.

Self-support resources include a blog (which was last updated in 2017), an FAQ page (containing just six questions and the same number of answers), and a knowledge base (containing only one article, about email setup). My test support ticket was answered within 24 hours, but only to enquire about why I had asked my questions:

Divine Online Solutions REVIEW: BOTTOM LINE

As I have shown, Divine Online Solutions’ shared hosting plans include all the essential features but not much more. I have found that the storage capacity is low while the prices are high. I was also somewhat disheartened by the pre-sales support response I received.
