Database Mart LLC is a U.S. based company that has been providing web hosting services since 2005. They only offer Windows-based hosting packages though and have no Linux hosting packages. Since their inception, they have been providing secure and reliable services with 24/7 support staff ready to help you at all times.
FEATURES AND EASE OF USE
Database Mart LLC employs a fast and reliable network of servers based in Texas, U.S. Their data center is SAS 70 Type II certified and their servers guarantee a 99.99% uptime. The reason for their quality services is the hardware they employ in their services which includes:
- Free KVM over IP and Remote Reboot
- Enterprise-Grade Server Hardware
- Hardware RAID Card
Other notable features include an easy-to-use SolidCP control panel. Managing websites, files, databases, Emails, and backups are pretty easy with the SolidCP control panel. All the shared servers are backed up twice a week on the remote data center which ensures the safety of your data. They also offer SSL certificates but you have to buy them separately as they aren’t included as part of the hosting packages.
If you’re looking for additional services, you have the option to choose from various add-ons available for a small price. These include features like a dedicated IP, Windows Scheduled Tasks, SQLServer Jobs, and software upgrades, as well as website or data restoration services.
PRICING AND SUPPORT
Database Mart only offers one package which is reasonably priced. You only get 50GB of disk space with unmetered bandwidth. The 50GB disk space also includes the storage space that your databases and emails need. It allows you to host 4 domains on your account with 4 MySQL databases and unlimited Emails. The package does include free SSL certificate installation but as mentioned above, you have the buy the SSL certificate separately. You can pay annually, semi-annually, annually or biannually.
You can reach them through email and telephone. Support tickets can be opened anytime and are answered in a timely manner. The knowledge base section has a comprehensive guide on how the services and features work. They also have a community but it isn’t an active community and you are unlikely to get your questions answered there. It took me a while to realize they also have a live chat. I asked them about the payment methods they had and was glad to know that there was a real person behind the chat who answered my question immediately.
