The windows hosting packages are built on a similar design and are priced almost the same.
The windows hosting packages work alike with unlimited bandwidth and limited disk space. However, there is no free plan in the Windows hosting. The cPanel in Linux hosting is replaced by Plesk control panel for windows.
There is also a free hosting plan that you can choose. It offers unlimited bandwidth but only 1GB of disk space and 5 add-on domains. The free package is great to test their features. In fact, if you only have a small blog to run, the free package can fulfill almost all of your needs. It even includes a free SSL certificate!
You can contact the company through telephone and email, as they do not provide online chat support. However, they do have a knowledge base section on their website where you can explore various categories and find detailed information about how different aspects of their web hosting services function. It seems that they have taken down their Facebook page, as the URL is no longer functional.

My recommendation is to start with a cheaper plan. You can always upgrade later on. CyberSmart can help you with the migration to a more expensive plan.
