Connexeon promises high-quality services with high availability yet it seems to shy away from committing to an uptime network guarantee. This vendor offers no money-back guarantee, either.

Additionally, they are available via ticketing system and have remote support service, though the vendor’s website does not seem to have a live chat. The technical support staff offers 24/7 support so that in case of service failures or concerns by customers, they can help you tackle all the issues.
