Brand new to the market, Cenuta is a Turkish hosting company founded in 2020. It offers shared hosting (for Linux and Windows), WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, eCommerce hosting, CMS hosting, corporate hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and domain registration. Its data center is located in Turkey.
The website is informative but only available in Turkish. All prices are displayed in Turkish lira.
Features and Ease of Use
Cenuta offers four primary hosting types; WordPress Hosting, Affordable Hosting, Unlimited Hosting, and Reseller Hosting.
There are some standard features that all categories have in common, such as:
- 99.95% uptime guarantee
- Control panel (cPanel with Linux plans and Plesk with Windows plans)
- Free SSL certificates
- SSD storage
- Free website migration (except for Windows plans)
- Malicious file protection
- Free CDN (except for Windows plans)
The plans differ mainly in storage, bandwidth, and hosted websites. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly host, and your website doesn’t require significant resources, then the Affordable Hosting plans are more than adequate.
The Affordable Hosting plans come with storage ranging from 256 MB to 5 GB, and monthly bandwidth ranging from 2 GB up to 15 GB. With any of the four plans in this category, you can only host one website.
If your website requires more resources, the Unlimited Hosting plans may be suitable. All four Unlimited Hosting plans come with unlimited storage, unlimited monthly bandwidth, and up to 10 hosted websites. Also, the two highest plans come with a free domain.
Cenuta also offers CMS hosting optimized for different applications, such as OpenCart, Magento, Prestashop, Joomla, Drupal, and many others. Each application has its own set of plans to fit your budget.
Pricing and Support
Cenuta’s prices are budget-friendly. The available billing periods are monthly, annually, or biennially. However, the monthly option is only available with specific plans.
All plans come with a 15-day money-back guarantee, and you can pay via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
The Cenuta website provides valuable information, but it falls short in terms of having a comprehensive Knowledgebase. Instead, it features a blog covering several general topics, which may not prove very helpful in resolving technical problems you might encounter.
A lack of support resources left me with tons of questions. The only means of communication are phone or email, and even these channels are only available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Turkey time. On the upside, technical support is available 24/7.
I sent an email with all my questions two days before writing this review, and am yet to receive a reply.
