Pricing and Support
The “Order Now” buttons not working makes it difficult for me to confirm the accepted currencies or billing cycles, but the shared hosting packages are quite costly. Consequently, my exploratory email remained unanswered, which is not surprising.
That said, you should be able to summon 24/7 support by telephone, email, and even snail mail, but you won’t be able to access the knowledge base or blog because the links don’t work.
