For users who want to contact AlphaVPS, they can do so at any time day or night via live chat, email, and ticketing system. The vendor has not provided a support phone number. Disappointingly, I sent the hosting firm an email to check out its support solutions but never got a response.
While the company has included a knowledge base on its website, it has only two tutorials.
