While this company offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee, there is no clearly laid out compensation as far as I can see.
Pricing and Support
The prices are okay; not the lowest I’ve seen, and by no means the highest. You get a free website builder and a free SSL certificate, but you have to pay for a domain name.
Although you can purchase plans on terms from one month to three years, there are no discounts for longer commitments as far as I know. There also appears to be no money-back guarantee, as far as I can see, and the terms state that “refunds are at the sole discretion of All Server Solution.”
Having said there are no discounts for long-term hosting commitments, a 10% discount applies to dedicated servers.
For pre-sales support, you can call the U.K., U.S., or Indian offices on local numbers. Alternatively, you can create a ticket or speak with a live chat operator. I did the latter, and I received some very friendly, polite, and informative answers to my questions via the live chat channel.
It’s a good thing that the support response is so good because the self-support knowledge base is empty.
