Both plans provide Fantastico pre-installed scripts to facilitate the installation of additional applications. The company also offers a free Zyro website builder with free website templates, which you can use to create your website without development experience.
My experience with 2FreeHosting wasn’t great. After registering for free, I couldn’t set up a website because I kept receiving the error message, “An internal error occurred. Our developers have already been notified.”
2FreeHosting promises 99.9% uptime for its Free plan and 99.99% uptime for the Premium plan.
Pricing and Support
2FreeHosting’s “Free” plan is obviously free, and it’s pretty impressive that you get web building tools and templates included.
The popular host Hostinger provides the underlying hosting services for both the free and paid plans. When you sign up, you are directed to its sister brand, 000webhost.com, as a promotional trick. This can be a bit confusing because the paid plan prices appear to be higher than those advertised by 2FreeHosting. So, as a buyer, be aware of this.
You can contact 2FreeHosting’s 24/7 support team by telephone, email, online contact form, and various social media platforms. Unfortunately, I received no reply to my online contact form submission.

My recommendation is to start with a cheaper plan. You can always upgrade later on. 2FreeHosting can help you with the migration to a more expensive plan. The increase in visitors many times takes longer than expected and you shouldn’t pay a lot of money until the need arises. Of course, your needs may vary, and you can consult with a hosting expert from 2FreeHosting.
How good is 2FreeHosting’s customer support?
2FreeHosting is not ranked as one of our top web hosts. But that can also be a result of 2FreeHosting being a small, under the radar, hosting provider.
