Crowdspring undermining the American Dream
Crowdspring undermining the American Dream, especially for immigrants like me.
The payment delays have become increasingly severe, with some of us waiting over 10 months—and in some cases, more than a year—to receive what we are owed.
I’ve attempted to contact clients I’ve worked with through the platform. Unfortunately, most do not provide personal contact details, making it difficult to resolve these issues directly.
One client I contacted, based in the Chicago area, has even gone so far as to involve local authorities, but they were unable to locate the land office associated with the platform. It appears the office may no longer be operational, has relocated without notice, or is now operating entirely online —not sure.
Additionally, the behavior of certain TEAM members—such as Marc B., Ashlee H., and Mona R.—has raised serious concerns. Their responses to inquiries are often templates, generic, and lack any real effort to resolve issues. If these individuals are indeed real people (not a Bot), one must question why they would choose to enable such unethical practices - they will do the right thing instead.
Below are some of the platform’s recurring “promises,” which, in reality, have proven to be nothing more than EMPTY words:
“Our team is doing everything possible to get payments processed as quickly as we can.” – False.
“We understand these delays can cause frustration, and resolving this issue is our top priority.” – Lie.
“Our team handles payments multiple times a week, and no further action is needed on your end.” – False.
“Increased payment frequency.” – Obviously Lie.
“Automated queue system.” – False.
“Ongoing enhancements.” – False.
“Transparent communication.” – EXTRA False.
“We are actively working to speed up our payment processes and are exploring every possible way to improve.” – Lie.
If these statements were TRUE, payments would be processed within days or weeks—not months or years. It is increasingly clear that funds owed to designers are being misused or withheld intentionally.
Given these circumstances, I strongly urge you to reconsider your association with Crowdspring. There is no future here, and continuing to engage with it only puts your hard work and financial well-being at risk.
I will update this review to give you a better perspective.

How can a lawyer who should uphold the values of justice and truth, actually pervert justice for personal gain!????

Crowdspring DOES NOT PAY AND THREATENS THEIR DESIGNERS!
I have been a freelancer at crowdspring for years.
The last 12 months experience was VERY SAD AND DISGUSTING!
You prospective clients (and designers!) THINK A THOUSAND TIMES BEFORE USING CROWDSPRING! They are a bunch of money thieves who MISERABLE and MANIPULATE DESIGNERS!!!
I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID for more than 12 months for the winnings from the logo contests that I participated in.
If I ask for it, I WILL BE THREATENED TO BE BLOCKED!
I asked nicely when I would be paid, THEY ARE UNABLE TO GIVE A TIME ESTIMATE!
12 MONTHS OF MY PAYMENT REQUEST IN PROCESSING STATUS!
A HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE, WITHOUT CONSCIENCE AND FULL OF LIES AND HARMFUL TO THE DESIGNERS!!!
I am sure, dozens or even hundreds of designers around the world have been HARMED BY THIS MANIPULATIVE BEHAVIOR!
I WILL BE BACK AGAIN IF THEY PAY ME!
AND GIVE BETTER RATING!
I participated in contests on this website and won several contests, there were no problems with the client and the contests ran smoothly.
The problem is when I want to withdraw the contest payment from this website to the designer, it takes a very long time, imagine, I have been waiting for payment for more than 6 months, and until now crowdspring is holding the payment for unclear reasons.
To designers, I warn you not to participate in contests on this website because you will waste time and emotion to receive your money.
is there any way to solve the problem? this is very sad news. Have you contacted customer service to ask for their help?

Please don't believe anyone,
this site's prizes are nonsense, they don't pay the right to the designers' winnings,
they cheat designers and block designers' accounts,
Crowdspring is simply a huge scam! The get the money from clients but don't pay designers. The pretty cherry on top of this cake is the threating and rude messages creatives get from support.
I am graphic designer and worked with them until they stopped paying their designer. More than one year and still not paid. All the real graphic designer are gone!
