I’ve been playing around with Tilda for a couple of months, and wow what a tool! can do crazy things with zero block and its animation features, really enjoying it!! Also quite a useful animation course they have on youtube with pre-made effect templates
Cool site builder, offers all the necessary, not overpriced, good support! I watched their webinar on YouTube and then made a simple business page for my side hustle, loved the result! Also, their support people are very nice unlike other services when you feel that they just want to get rid of you - here they immediately sent me all the info so that I could connect the SSL certificate. Nice job!
I appreciate Tilda's features and that they are easy to use. You can quite easily create a nice website. But in the end, it doesn't matter because their support is only pretending to help. Most of the answers are useless as if they are trying to discourage you from staying with them.
Horribly slow customer service! My website (copywriting services) went offline without any warning, all pages are unavailable, and there is no response from support. I am moving my website to Wix or Yola even if I lose some traffic in the meantime.
I've been using Tilda for customer websites and my own business for more than 2 years now – I've created dozens of e-commerce projects for my clients. Great SEO, professional design, intuitive controls. Tilda is also great for a quick landing page setup.
Worst support ever, transferred my websites to other account with no confirmation. Support responds once every 2 days. Would never recommend their service even for free as you can end up with thousands of dollars for SEO and then someone else gets your website for free with the SEO.
I had a problem with my card and they blocked my account without any notifications. 5 my websites were blocked and don't work during the compliance procedures. They did not send me a notification before the account suspending, although nothing prevented them from doing this. Tilda is not a good choice for production websites because they can block it at any time. Their support is terrible.
Bought a paid plan. 2 weeks later it stopped working saying I need to renew my subscription and got locked out (note that minimum length is 1 month anyway so this makes zero sense how this could even happen). Everything worked for 2 weeks and then nothing. Wrote customer support, 3 days later still no response, no one cares. Also - google search indexing gives "crawl anomaly" error so no indexing either. Beware.
