Wix Releases AI Tools To Create Blogs

Wix has announced a new release of an AI-powered suite of tools that will help its users create and maintain their blogs.

Einat Halperin, GM of Wix Blog, said: “One of the most effective tools to increase conversions, promote new products and events, and establish trust with customers are blogs.” Wix says that sites with active and regularly updated blogs have 86% more organic traffic when compared to sites without blogs.

The new tools offer a range of capabilities, including making suggestions for relevant content chosen to appeal to the blog’s target audience and generating the outline, text, or image content for that blog post. These tools allow users to turn their ideas for interacting with their audience into ready-to-publish content faster and with less effort.

The new AI content suggestions will be based on other information on the site and previous blog posts that have been published.

The drafts or outlines the AI tools create are meant to be the starting point for the blog creators. They will then be free to adapt and edit the posts as much as required to ensure the tone and content remain authentic and personal.

These AI tools are integrated into Wix’s wide range of functionality to support creating and maintaining users’ blogs. This includes title, image, SEO optimization tools, customization tools, and integration with Wix Business Solutions to ensure a seamless experience for users’ customers.

Wix has been investing in innovative solutions, incorporating AI technology since 2016, when it released its Artificial Design Intelligence (ADI). Since the release of new Generative AI APIs, Wix has accelerated their commitment to leveraging AI to bring value to its users and has regularly released AI-powered capabilities this year.

In March, Wix announced its AI-powered website builder, then more recently released AI-powered solutions to create mobile apps and generate and edit images.
