Wix’s New AI Theme Assistant Helps Users Design Websites

Wix announced it is adding more AI tools to help users refine their website designs and ensure the final result aligns with their vision.

Wix’s AI theme assistant will provide users with suggestions on color palettes and font recommendations. It will also guide them on which areas of the Wix dashboard to analyze for design improvements. The AI theme assistant is accessible through a conversational chat within the Wix Editor that users can use to ask questions and get guidance as they update their website’s design.

The goal is to provide users with personalized support while keeping all design decisions in their hands.

Oded Nachshon, Head of Wix Editor, said, “A critical part of website design is ensuring that all elements work together to create a unified, professional appearance.” He added, “Our theme assistant is designed to translate users’ creative needs into actionable steps, guiding them through the vast array of design options.”

This new AI-powered feature is one of several Wix has introduced this year. By harnessing AI, Wix has focused on simplifying users’ interactions with its tools.

In March, Wix introduced a feature that lets users create entire websites from prompts. In June, Wix enhanced this feature to apply to mobile apps and expanded it further to support more languages. At the same time, Wix allowed users to enhance images using AI tools.
