Fiverr’s Working Not Working Launches NTRNL

Ivana Shteriova Written by:
Fiverr’s subsidiary Working Not Working, a platform for sourcing top-notch creative talent, recently launched NTRNL. This new employee retention platform for creative organizations will help find hidden skills and passions among internal talent and apply them to relevant projects.

Justin Gignac, Working Not Working Co-founder & CEO, introduced the new platform in Fiverr’s press release. “NTRNL sheds light onto the very talent that makes creative agencies successful in the first place and what truly brings them fulfillment. A more human way to look at and engage your humans.”

The platform allows employees to create highly personalized and detailed profiles featuring their portfolio, skills, and interests beyond their day-to-day work activities. NTRNL leaves room for customization, meaning organizations can rebrand it in a way that aligns with their culture and values.

With NTRNL’s advanced search features, creative organizations that employ talent from different locations, experience levels, and skills can gain visibility into their team’s broader expertise and passions, making it easier to find the best internal talent for projects. NTRNL can help organizations save resources they’d otherwise spend on hiring and onboarding new employees, shorten the time to market, and increase employee retention.

On top of the helpful tools for companies, NTRNL supports collaboration among global teams. Employees can easily connect based on interests, passions, and skills listed on their profiles, creating a sense of belonging even among fully remote workers.

90% of creative agencies say that talent retention is one of their biggest challenges. Other issues stem from the traditional agency model that doesn’t prioritize employee satisfaction include disengagement at work, employee burnout, and employees leaving due to career advancement opportunities.

Fiverr asserts that the root cause of these problems is “a lack of corporate commitment to and development of talent.” Namely, in 2023, only 15% of employees reported that their organization actively encouraged them to look for new opportunities internally. Furthermore, nearly half (47%) of employees believe that the lack of opportunities to grow professionally within their current workplaces is responsible for the increased turnover in their organizations.

Fiverr is continuously innovating its platform with new solutions for both businesses and independent talent. A few months back, Fiverr launched Fiverr Pro and Fiverr Neo, two new products aimed at mid-sized and enterprise businesses.
