Fiverr Introduces Solution For Smooth Freelance Management

Leading freelance website Fiverr recently introduced Fiverr Enterprise, a talent management software designed to assist businesses through all stages of working with freelancers. Talent management is for businesses spending at least $3,000/month on freelance talent.

“This is a natural extension for Fiverr to be able to provide a centralized, and simple-to-use platform for companies to engage with their entire contingent workforce,” Micha Kaufman, Founder and CEO of Fiverr, said in the official announcement.

Fiverr Enterprise acts as an all-in-one solution for managing a freelance workforce, whether hired through Fiverr or other online and offline outlets. From sourcing and onboarding to payment management and compliance, this software provides worker classification capabilities, background checks, standardized onboarding capabilities, budget-tracking tools, and legal, tax, and payment compliance.

The software is available on a month-to-month basis. Fiverr doesn’t charge any setup costs, and there are no platform fees either – clients pay a percentage of the total monthly payments they process through Fiverr Enterprise. Depending on the selected plan, clients can expect to pay 3% or 5% of their total monthly payments to all freelancers. High-volume enterprises and seed-stage VC-funded companies are eligible for custom pricing and discounts.

The talent management product is formerly known as Stoke Talent. Fiverr acquired the freelance management startup in 2021 for $95 million, a move that expanded the marketplace’s footprint on the employment market. Fiverr is also introducing new services to existing Stoke Talent customers, which include Amdocs, MinuteMedia, Similarweb, and Waymo.

As one of the best freelance websites, Fiverr is continuously conquering new employment markets with its innovative solutions. In 2020, the company launched Fiverr Business, a platform that enables seamless collaboration between groups of freelancers working on larger projects. Earlier this year, Fiverr enriched the platform with Project Partner, which provides additional management capabilities for such projects.

Fiverr’s rival, Upwork, is also focused on bringing creative solutions to the job market. In February this year, the company introduced an end-to-end product for full-time hiring.
